Who we share with your personal information with

Suppliers

If you place an order, your personal information will be shared with our fuel suppliers who will use this to deliver your order and process your payment information (unless using our Monthly Saving Scheme). We may also communicate with them directly so we can facilitate your order. This information may be stored on their systems in accordance with their Privacy Policies.

Email Marketing

If you subscribe to our mailing list, your information including your email address, address and order information will be processed by Mailjet on behalf of YOBCo to send personalised emails. We will use this information for this purpose until you end your relationship with us or opt out by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in any marketing email you receive or contact us asking to be opted out.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymised usage information to help us understand how our website is being used, in order to help us improve the website. We only collect this information if you have opt-into analytical cookies. If you close your account, we will keep account information including orders and addresses for a period of 6 years to comply with business recordkeeping requirements. Any other information will be deleted within 30 days of receiving the request.
