Automatic Payments
Most people eligible for the £200 Alternative Fuel Payments (AFP) will automatically receive credit on their electricity bills from February 2023.
If you have not received this and think you are eligible, you will need to contact your electricity supplier. We are unable to do this for you.

Manual Payments
If you do not not get the payment automatically and are ineligible through your electricity supplier, you can still apply manually on GOV.UK.
You will need your email address, bank account details and proof of purchase of alternative fuels since June 2022. The deadline to apply is the 31st May 2023.

If you are unable to locate your invoice for fuels, we are happy to help but please give plenty of time and we are responsible for the delays in getting this over to you.
If you ordered before June 2023, please ensure you are not leaving it too late to get a delivery and invoice.
